What You Will Be Responsible For
- Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades independently
- Diagnose electrical issues efficiently and implement safe, code compliant solutions
- Complete panel upgrades, circuit additions, lighting installations, EV charger wiring, and safety corrections
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, plans, and manufacturer specifications
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and business owners about findings, options, and next steps
- Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and local inspection standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job status
- Represent PRO Electric plus HVAC with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
Fully independent work without supervision
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Deep knowledge of residential systems and code
Experience with panel replacements, service upgrades, and safety corrections
Valid license and a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, detail oriented, and accountable
