Where the Cap Actually Starts to Bite
Most places advertise the percentage and bury the ceiling. Here is the whole of it, drawn out. Five percent keeps growing with the job right up to a total of about $10,000. Past that, the discount is $500 and stays there.
What that means in practice. On the size of job most people call us for, a repair or a panel upgrade, the percentage is the number that matters and the cap never comes into it. On a full system replacement the cap usually does bind, so the discount lands at $500 rather than climbing. Worth knowing before you assume a bigger job means a proportionally bigger saving, and worth knowing that we would rather tell you than let you find out on the invoice.

The discount applies to panel upgrades, rewiring, electrical inspections, surge protection, and the emergency callouts nobody plans for.
Heating and Cooling
It covers heating and air conditioning work, including heat pump conversions, smart thermostats, and full system replacements.
Financing is available on request for larger projects, and it can be combined with the discount.
