The symptom is the starting point
We look for the cause before recommending the repair. Parts such as capacitors, contactors, motors, controls, and drains can be involved, but the symptoms alone do not tell the whole story.
A blower, control, airflow restriction, refrigeration problem, or electrical fault can affect cooling. Running equipment does not prove it is working correctly.

Know when medical help comes first
Infants, older adults, and people with health concerns can be especially vulnerable in extreme heat. Do not wait for an AC repair if someone may be seriously ill.
Headache, nausea, dizziness, weakness, or heavy sweating can signal heat illness. Move to a cooler place and seek medical guidance. Worsening symptoms need urgent attention.
