What is the PRO HVAC service agreement?
It is a monthly maintenance agreement for Northern Virginia homeowners. The plan includes two seasonal HVAC tune-ups, up to four filter changes a year, a free annual electrical inspection, priority scheduling, and a 10% discount on electrical and HVAC services, up to $500.
How much does the agreement cost?
The first HVAC set is $89 per month. Each additional independent unit adds $29 per month. The listed options run from $89 for the first set to $234 for the set plus five additional units. We confirm how your equipment should be counted before finalizing the plan.
What counts as the first HVAC set?
A heating and cooling pair that works together, such as a furnace and its matched air conditioner, is the first HVAC set. A single heat pump that provides heating and cooling can also be the first set. Additional equipment that operates independently adds to the monthly plan. Ask us if your layout is unclear.
Which option should I select in the sign-up form?
The form lists the first HVAC set, then options by the number of additional units. For the first set plus one independent unit, choose “1 Additional unit ($118).” The plan selector on this page shows the exact option for each listed monthly rate.
Are repairs included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee covers routine maintenance. Major repairs and additional work are quoted separately and require your approval. We explain the proposed work and the applicable member discount before you decide.
Can I cancel the agreement?
The current agreement terms allow either party to cancel with 30 days’ written notice. The plan is billed monthly. Review the terms in the sign-up form and ask our team about billing and cancellation arrangements before enrolling.
Will I be charged when I submit the form?
The sign-up form collects your plan choice, contact details, service address, and acceptance of the agreement terms. It does not collect a payment on the page. Our team follows up to confirm the equipment, billing arrangements, and first appointment.
Does priority scheduling guarantee a same-day appointment?
Priority scheduling is a membership benefit. It does not guarantee an immediate or same-day appointment. Call 703-225-8222 with your location and service needs so we can confirm availability.
Can I use the veteran discount with the member discount?
The military and veteran discount program is separate. Tell our team if you qualify so we can explain which discount applies to the proposed work. Review the veteran program page for its terms.
