What is included in the monthly agreement?

How much does it cost?

A paired system, such as one furnace and its matched AC, is the HVAC set and counts as the first tier. Each separate system that runs independently of it, like a second AC or a standalone heat pump, is an additional unit and adds $29 per month. The form lists the options by how many additional units you have, not by the total.
Why are two tune ups a year better than one?
Heating and cooling stress your system in different ways. A spring visit prepares your AC for summer and a fall visit prepares your heating for winter, so each side is ready before the season that depends on it.
Does the discount apply to electrical work too?
Yes. Your 10% member discount applies to all electrical and HVAC services up to $500, which is a real advantage of using one company for both.
