A soft warm tone. A useful starting point when you want warmth with a slightly cleaner look.
3000K · Soft. Layers on: ambient, task, accent.
View the room ↑Screen colors are approximate. This preview explains lighting choices; it does not calculate room brightness, fixture quantity, electrical load, or installation requirements.
Lower values look warmer. Higher values look cooler. Compare samples with the room’s finishes.
Choose the amount of light separately from its color. Placement and the fixture’s optics also affect the room.
Use a dimmable lamp or fixture and a control suited to the specific bulb or LED driver.
The part you don’t see matters
A new chandelier can change more than the look of the room. Its weight and mounting requirements may change the support the ceiling needs.
We verify the box or independent support, attachment, and manufacturer requirements for the actual load.
We check the condition and suitability of the wiring and connections involved in the work.
The mounting hardware, canopy, placement, and controls all need to work with the chosen fixture.
The model, assembled weight, dimensions, and instructions help us identify support and access needs. You do not need to remove the existing fixture or open its ceiling box.
A fan adds movement as well as weight. If an electrical box supports the fan, it must be listed for fan support and installed appropriately. A heavy-light rating alone is not enough.
Planning a ceiling fan?A flicker deserves a real answer
Replacing a bulb is only one piece of the picture. We review the symptoms and the parts working together before recommending a repair or replacement.
An incompatible combination can flicker, buzz, or dim poorly. We review the exact lamp or LED driver and control, including any recent changes.
A worn socket, failed component, or loose connection may be involved. We explain whether repair is practical or replacement makes more sense.
Several affected lights may point beyond a single fixture. Tell us when it happens and whether other equipment or rooms are involved.
Keep away from hot or damaged equipment. For smoke, fire, or active arcing, move away and call 911 from a safe location. Do not wait for an estimate response.

Talk with our electrical teamWe provide light fixture installation, replacement, and repair, along with energy-efficient lighting upgrades, outdoor lighting, landscape lighting, and security lighting. We can also discuss compatible dimmers and smart controls. This page brings the options together and links to the detailed services.
Outdoor lighting covers the broader exterior of a property, including entrances, garages, patios, and business exteriors. Landscape lighting emphasizes routes, outdoor living, planting, and selected features. Security lighting focuses on approaches, visibility, and control behavior. The goals can overlap within one coordinated project; lighting does not guarantee security.
Yes. Tell us the rooms, exterior areas, existing equipment, and goals you want us to consider. We review the fixtures, electrical work, controls, and access, then define the included work in the proposal. Some projects may be best completed in stages.
Suitable lower-wattage lighting may use less electricity than the equipment it replaces. Actual use depends on installed wattage and operating hours. We review useful light output, color, fixture compatibility, and controls; a fixed savings percentage is not promised.
Some systems support dimming, schedules, sensors, or app control. Lamps, LED drivers, fixtures, switches, and any network requirements need to work together. Tell us your preferred platform and the products you already have so we can review compatibility.
We install and replace ceiling fixtures, pendants, chandeliers, recessed lights, and vanity lighting. We also diagnose flickering, dimming, and nonworking fixtures. The scope depends on the fixture, wiring, support, and access.
Yes. Send us the product link or model, weight, and installation instructions. We review the fixture’s suitability, required support, and control compatibility before confirming the work.
Often, yes. The new fixture’s weight and mounting requirements must suit the support system. We check the box, attachment, wiring, and ceiling access and explain any changes needed before installation.
Possible causes include an incompatible bulb or dimmer, an LED-driver problem, a worn fixture, a loose connection, or a circuit issue. A new bulb does not rule out compatibility problems. Tell us which lights flicker and when so we can diagnose the cause.
No. Use a dimmable bulb or fixture and a control compatible with the specific lamp or LED driver. Manufacturer guidance and testing help identify suitable combinations. Existing dimmers may need to change when lighting changes.
Yes, subject to a review of the location and circuit. We can plan new wiring and switching and discuss ceiling or wall access, finish repairs, and required permits before the work begins.
We handle high-fixture projects after reviewing the ceiling height, fixture weight, floor area, stairs, and equipment access. Send photos taken safely from the floor so we can plan the approach. Reach and equipment needs are confirmed for each project.
Not automatically. Fans create movement as well as a hanging load. If the fan is supported by an electrical box, that box must be listed for fan support and installed for the application. A rating for a heavy light does not establish suitability for a fan.
Lower color temperatures such as 2700K look warmer; 3000K remains warm, while 4000K looks cooler. The right choice depends on your preference, the room, and its finishes. Compare lumens separately for light output. Our screen preview is an illustration, not an exact color or brightness prediction.
The fixture must be suitable for its actual location and exposure. Damp locations require a fixture suitable for damp or wet locations; wet locations require one suitable for wet locations. Placement near a tub or shower also has requirements we review for the installation.
It depends on the work, property type, and jurisdiction. Some like-for-like residential replacements may be exempt, while new or relocated lighting and wiring can require a permit. Commercial requirements may differ. We confirm the requirements and handle applicable permits for our work.
The price depends on the number and type of fixtures, support changes, ceiling height, access, wiring, and controls. Share the fixture details and photos with your estimate request. We explain the proposed scope and price before you authorize the work. Free installation estimates are available; diagnostic and repair visits may carry separate charges, which you should confirm when scheduling.
